Prevail Support and Services is a compassionate care organisation led by experienced nurses and care workers with an average of 25 years of experience. These nurses/care workers are committed to strengthening and empowering local communities to deliver tailored care packages which will not only focus on individual needs but also, incorporate involvement in local activities.

Prevail Support and Services is a big family engaged in the well-being of local communities. We understand the need to provide a dedicated service with individuals living within the community we are serving so that all care is in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) policies and procedures.

Prevail Support and Services is a care organisation driven by a deep compassion and desire to support the vulnerable while encouraging individuals to attain and maintain independence in the safety and comfort of their own home/community.

Prevail Support and Services’ primary motivation is to support individuals by providing them with quality partners from health care assistants, support workers, nurses, cleaners and domestic assistants.

Our Services

  • Domiciliary Care

    Prevail Support offer a variety of services to choose from, each of which can be highly customised depending on patient needs whilst remaining in line with the agreed care plan put in place by all involved parties.


    Their flexible approach enables a tailored service when it matters and really needed. It also enables usual carer to take a break and socialise with the reassurance that their loved one is being cared for in their absence. They provide the following domiciliary services:


    • Live in care

    • Care in your home

    • Waking night/sleep over


    Their dedicated team can assist with:


    • The start of the day “good morning”, getting patients up, washing, showering or bathing, dressing up and making breakfast

    • Medication reminders/administration/collection from your local pharmacy or the prescription from your doctor (GP) surgery

    • Meal preparation, budgeting, shopping trips with/without you

    • General cleaning, laundry and ironing

    • Social activities

    • Night care: waking night or sleepover (sleep in service)

  • Auxiliary Care

    Waking nights and sleep-ins are a popular option for service users - especially those with family that live far away or can’t be at hand in minutes should their parent/relative wake up in the middle of the night disorientated.

  • Personal Care in Your Home

    Before your Prevail Support and Services’ care worker’s first visit, the team will arrange a home assessment with one of their care managers to draw up a care plan.


    Your care plan is built around your individual needs, considering your personal care, medical requirements and preferences. The assessment is designed so that the care manager can find precisely the right carers and care management plan to suit your needs and personality.


    Your Prevail Support and Services’ care worker can help you with:


    • Learning disability support

    • Respite and general care

    • Mental-health care

    • Care leavers/live in carers

    • Bathing and personal hygiene

    • Going to bed, getting up, dressing

    • Taking and managing medication

    • Going to the doctors, outings and trips

    • Shopping for and preparing nutritious meals

    • Cooking, feeding and mealtime supervision

    • Companionship

    • Managing challenging behaviour

    • Domestic help including housework, laundry and shopping

  • Professional Organisations

    Prevail Support and services' professional, experienced staff can provide temporary, part-time or full-time cover for:


    • Respite homes

    • Residential homes

    • Hospitals

    • Day care

    • All social services departments


    With a supply of healthcare assistants and support workers, we can provide the right staff for your organisation's needs.
